In my haste, yesterday, I didn’t include a link to my book. I describe it in detail on the web’s home page, www.relationalaggression.net. I placed the “Table of Contents” there, so you can see the basic outline of the book. I write best, when I feel like I’m talking to someone, so the chapters are laid out like questions.
There’s, also, a link in the left hand column of this blog between the songs, where you can go to my “little store” at Keeping the Dream, and purchase the book there, if you so choose.
I’m just so excited. It’s a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. As an independent artist, I love doing things on my own, but it’s also a great deal of work, since you’re writer, editor, book typographer and technical person all in one. When I go to print, I’ll be sure to enlist the help of others, but I enjoyed learning about ebooks and doing it myself.
Women are such remarkable beings. Really. Just look around you and see all the wonderful things we are capable of creating. When you’re in the midst of relational aggression, it can be easy to forget that, but perhaps, more than ever, it’s important to remember it.
Well, if you find a safe place or people who nurture and support you, that’s a good refuge for a wider perspective. And sometimes, that’s all it takes to get you through. If you feel you have no where else to go, you have this place. I’m going to keep it going for you…and for me. Because there’s just times, when we really need to hear someone say we’re going to be all right.
You are, you know.
Love,
Demian
