What a great and loving gift to give oneself. &quot;Confident kindness&quot; is a great term and certainly a more empowering alternative to being &quot;doormat nice&quot; or manipulatively nice or the kind of &quot;nice&quot; girls are supposed to be, which in our very effort to protect, gives rise to relational aggression.</description>
